Cheers to slabs, frames, trusses and team work

Friday 5th April marked the second milestone celebration for the Building Hope project, which took place at the building site in Hobsonville.

The celebration saw close to 100 guests in attendance, all of who are closely connected to the project.

Cure Kids was delighted to celebrate the many organisations who have been instrumental in achieving the progress on the build to date.

“The organisations who attended today have all played a major role in the success of this project. We were delighted to celebrate their brilliant achievement and generosity at today’s event,” says Frances Benge, Cure Kids CEO.

Cure Kids’ ambassador Jenna and her mum were also in attendance to share their family’s journey. Jenna was born with down syndrome and also has type-1 diabetes. Jenna’s mum say Cure Kids’ research gives their family hope of a brighter future for all kiwi kids.

All food and refreshments were generously provided by Merchant Bar & Kitchen.
