Progress takes shape as frames go up

Landmark Homes North Shore/Rodney celebrated a second project milestone today when the frames and trusses went up on the brand new 272 sqm home they’re building for Cure Kids in Hobsonville.

“The home is now well and truly taking shape and we’re pleased to see the project meeting its milestones so quickly,” says Landmark Homes North Shore/Rodney Franchisee, Paul Brett.

Achieving this project milestone was made all the more significant because of the team effort involved in delivering a project to benefit Cure Kids.

The organisations who have put up their hands to offer materials and labour have been instrumental in achieving this milestone. Formation, Placemakers Albany, Placemakers Frame & Truss, FFL (Finished Floors Limited), Troake, A&S Structural and Steel Fabricators, Atlas Concrete, Lucid Homes and Merchant Bar & Kitchen have all either donated materials and time at a reduced cost or free.

“We are delighted our suppliers have been so quick to get on board to support the Building Hope project. Their commitment to driving down costs to ensure maximum profits for Cure Kids has made this project possible,” says Paul.

The project is now on track for its next milestone of having the roof on, windows in and house wrapped in May.
